Welcome to Villa “Le Capriate” in Marzamemi

Old 19th century warehouse, beautifully located in the heart of Marzamemi, a charming fisherman's village in the South East coast of Sicily, very near to the little touristic port and to a little sand beach.

Description

The villa, in two levels, can easily accommodate up to 17 people .It has a big central area of about 70 sq yds, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open courtyard of about 80 sq. yds. It is perfect for a 2-3 families or for a group of friends.
